restauration in syria

The final quarter of the year is set to be a good one for the MMG Group. In Lebanon, PMG has won the contract for the property management of chalets in Faraya; and in Syria, MMG’s continued reliability in the face of difficult circumstances has led to the contract renovate the Byblos Bank in Homs.

PMG has been expanding in the high end residential market in Lebanon and, as part of this, was delighted to be awarded the contract for the property management of two chalet buildings in the prestigious Faraya area. The buildings are Mzar Lodge 5 and 6, consisting of 12 chalets, both 250m2, and offering all of the usual services including underground parking, CCTV and a heating system etc. PMG will be responsible for admin, legal, accounting and site supervision, in addition to special projects.

It is hoped that this will lead to further projects in this area, which is famous for its skiing and is the hub of the Lebanese society scene. In Syria, restoration is underway, and MMG will be responsible for the renovation of the destroyed Byblos Bank branch at Homs. This is a three month rush-project, which will see MMG return the bank to its original condition. MMG will also be working on similar reconstruction projects in the newly secured city over the next few months.
