Summer 2015 has been a strong one business wise for MMG Holdings. In Syria, MMG has finalised a contract with Bemo Finance and, in Lebanon, MMG and sister company PMG have had their contract for the Total Facility Management for Beirut’s Bay Tower renewed.

Despite the well publicised difficulties Syria is still facing, MMG’s reputation for construction works continues to spread beyond existing clients. MMG has finalised a contract with Bemo Finance, a subsidiary of Bank BBSF, for the complete renovation of their new branch in Rawda, Damascus. The MMG team kicked off the contract by immediately completing all of the partition works, and is now working on the electrical and data tasks. Handover is expected by the end of September 2015.

In Lebanon, following a successful first year managing the Total FM for Bay Tower, MMG, working alongside PMG, is delighted to have had the contract renewed for another year. Standing 30 stories high, Bay Tower is one of Beirut Central District’s famous landmarks. The MMG and PMG teams have worked relentlessly on site for the past year, working 24/7 in order to complete the transition of the project, in addition to maintaining, managing and running the day-to-day operations. This strong presence has ensured that the tenants’ needs have been answered without delay.

Part of this success can be attributed to a strong focus on in-house technical training, and MMG has undoubtedly raised the bar when it comes to benchmarking the technical abilities of technicians. To date, MMG has delivered over 3,000 hours of technical training to its teams, and the results are being seen on the ground at Bay Tower and at other client premises.
