There has been no let up in business for MMG Holdings’ companies, with new contract wins in the final quarter of the year for MMG Qatar, EEG and PMG Real Estate Promotion.
Following hot on the heels of being awarded MMG’s largest ever contract, by Ooredoo, MMG Qatar was delighted to be awarded the FM maintenance contract for Msheireb Properties for an additional three years, commencing January 2016. This was the result of a long and intense tender process, and was testament to the great work that the MMGQ team had already undertaken on the project during the first contract term.
In addition, EEG has signed a number of new contracts, including: an energy audit agreement with Beirut Mall; the Energy Management Programme for Ooredoo, in conjunction with MMG Qatar, covering all administrative and large buildings of the company as well as the more than 1,500 telecommunication units; and the energy audit for the Moevenpick Resort el Quseir in Egypt.
PMG Real Estate Promotion has been appointed to be the property and facility management consultant for Oasis Offices complex located in Hazmieh – Lebanon. The Oasis project consists of five office buildings, each of which is the headquarters of one company. This part of Hazmieh district has attracted several well known companies to build their headquarters there, transforming the area into a business district at close proximity to the centre. The project architect is Nabil Gholam, renowned for his outstanding designs. As the Oasis project is a LEED project, it has a high level of complexity in terms of Design, MEP & Security systems, Parking Management and catering facilities.
