PMG has been appointed as the Property Manager for Convivium VI in Beirut, Lebanon.
Convivium VI is a high-end 94 apartment project which offers a range of amenities including a fitness centre, pool, underground parking, 24-hour security and concierge services. Having lost the contract in 2014, PMG is delighted to have been reappointed as Property Manager for the next two years. The decision to appoint PMG was taken by the co-owners association, and reflects the high level of service that they had previously received from PMG.
In addition to the basic property management tasks, the main challenge for PMG is to work closely with the President and committee members of the co-owners association to correct and update all the financial data, to ensure that all MEP systems are working properly and to finalise all pending legal issues and manage the co-owners’ expectations.
