Another two contract awards for PMG mark an excellent start to the second half of 2016.
Firstly, PMG had been awarded the property and facility management of Rubik 1709, an ultra-modern office and clinics building, consisting of 31 units. Sited in a prime location in Beirut, Rubik 1709 is ideally located for businesses and medical practices. PMG will also be responsible for all maintenance work of the property.
Secondly, PMG has been awarded the contract to carry out the property and facility management of Spears 1858 – a property comprised of twin residential towers, with 39 apartments. The two towers are capped with state of the art duplexes, which boast breathtaking views of the Marina and Down Town Beirut. PMG will carry out all of the maintenance work, in addition to the property and soft services.
