PMG has recently been awarded the contract for the property management for Talleh 2550 in Beirut, Lebanon.
Talleh 2550 is a brand new building handed over to co-owners in 2014 by the developer, located on an elevated hill in the Tallet El Khayyat area of Beirut, overlooking the sea. It is a residential project consisting of 12 units of spacious luxurious apartments, with a large children’s playground, and an indoor recreation area. PMG’s role will cover admin, legal, procurement and regular supervision.
PMG will also be managing the technical subcontractors, the general maintenance and the people on site management (concierge and the cleaner). The contract will run for two years.
