MMG Lebanon, PMG and PMG Real Estate Promotion have been awarded a number of new contracts this month, bucking the trend of the usual summer slow down.
MMG and PMG have both won contracts for Wadi Mansion, a residential building in Beirut consisting of nine high end apartments. PMG will be managing both private and common areas, as well as all the soft services. MMG will conduct the maintenance work for the common and private areas, and will be managing the MEP subcontractors.
MMG has also been awarded a three year contract for the total FM for CBC, the real estate arm of the Arab Bank in Lebanon. MMG’s contract covers the two head offices of CBC, which are located in Beirut and Tripoli, and will be serviced via fixed site teams in both buildings.

PMG has won two further contracts. First is for Z – 208, which is set to be one of the most modern office buildings in the Zalka area of greater Beirut. PMG will be responsible for management, accounting, procurement, legal and administration, in addition to soft services.
PMG has also been awarded the property and facility management of Tilal Kfarzebian in Faqra, the premier summer and winter destination in Lebanon. The project comprises a condominium with 78 chalets and a common area which includes a swimming pool, restaurant, a gym and receptio. PMG will be managing all the MEP and subcontractors as well as the 12 personnel working onsite.
PMG Real Estate Promotion has been appointed as the main consultant to optimise and develop the operating service charge budget for 50 Rise, the new flagship property in Rise Properties’ portfolio. Located in the heart of New Jdeideh Souk, the project will be the city’s largest business hub. This contract follows on from a previous consultancy project that PMG Real Estate Promotion carried out for Rise Properties for the Kye Resort Project, and is testament to the high standard of work that was carried out.
