PMG Real Estate Promotion has been awarded sales exclusivity for a new project, Lot 744, in the Ras El Nabeh area of Beirut. This location is behind the French Embassy, and is a well known residential district in Beirut close to all of the major destinations of the city, with direct access to Down Town. In Lebanon, MMG has won the contract for the facility maintenance services of MBC Lebanon SAL facilities, home to many of the popular productions broadcast on the mbc network. The award came as a result of a very detailed and competitive procurement process. The contract starts on 1 March, and covers a wide range of services which cater for MBC Lebanon SAL facilities, which are located in Zouk Mosbeh.
