MMG and sister company PMG have just been awarded the contract for Total Facility Management for Beirut’s Bay Tower.
Standing 30 stories high, Bay Tower is one of Beirut Central District’s famous landmarks. The base of the building is a five storey podium which has a selection of residential units, whilst the ground and lower ground floors include street front retail units. The top of the podium includes landscaped terraces, an outdoor sundeck and a swimming pool. The rest of the building is residential apartments,
topped by a stunning 1,696 sqm penthouse.
The contract will start in August, and the MMG/PMG on-site teams will cover the operation of the building on a 24-hour basis, manage subcontractors (soft and hard services), and carry out the
maintenance of the tenants’ apartments.
