MMG Syria continues to win new business, and has been awarded two new contracts for Bank Bemo, and in Lebanon, PMG has been appointed property manager for “The Edge” building in Beirut.
In Syria, MMG will be responsible for the handing over of the new Bank Bemo offices in Damascus, and has won a tender for the construction of a new branch for Bank Bemo in As-Suwayda, 100 km south west of the capital Damascus.
Meanwhile in Lebanon, PMG has been appointed as the property manager for the “The Edge” building located in Yarzeh, one of Beirut’s high-end suburbs which is surrounded by the legendary forest that had a reputation in medieval imagination as a place of magic and mystery. The Edge is a residential project comprised of 16 apartments in four blocks, and is perfectly integrated within a high-density tree plantation area, next to the Presidential Palace. This is a two year property management contract, with PMG handling admin, legal, accounting and site supervision in addition to special projects.
