The start of the new year has already been positive for MMG with the signing of a number of new contracts in Qatar, Syria and Lebanon.
MMG Qatar has retained the total FM contract with Al Khaliji Bank for another three years, covering the bank’s headquarters and six branch offices. Al Khaliji Bank is one of MMG Qatar’s longest serving customers and the contract has evolved and been enhanced over the last six years. MMG will also be providing helpdesk services and critical asset maintenance.
Also in Qatar, MMG’s new business to consumer service, Sprucely, has been appointed to provide indoor services to Direct Real Estate, including MEP maintenance, cleaning and pest control to over 40 tenants residing at The Pearl Qatar.
In Syria, MMG has been awarded the contract for the renovation of the new administration offices of Byblos Bank in Abou Remmaneh street, Damascus. MMG has been working with Byblos Bank across the whole of Syria since 2006, providing total facilities management for the head office and 10 branches, and most recently was responsible for the renovation of the destroyed branch at Homs.
Meanwhile, MMG Lebanon has secured the contract for the total FM for North Africa Commercial Bank (NACB). This covers the bank’s headquarters in Hamra in addition to two branches and the chairman’s residence in Tallet El Khayyat.
