MMG Lebanon has just been awarded a new three year contract with Rasamny Younes Motor Company (RYMCO).
RYMCO is one of the leading automotive dealerships in Lebanon, offering both consumer and commercial vehicles including GMC, Nissan and Infinity. The contract with MMG covers the RYMCO Head Quarters building in Chiyah as well as 15 other locations including service centers, warehouses, and showrooms. The HQ will be handled through a fixed site team and back-up support from the MMG head office, while the remaining locations will be handled through mobile teams.
In addition to the facilities management, the contract includes an Energy Audit by MMG’s sister company EEG, which will provide a number of energy saving measures for RYMCO. The Investment Grade Energy Audit (IGA) will cover the whole facility’s operation, and prepare a detailed engineering and economic report which will specifically identify the energy improvements and operational changes which are recommended to be installed or implemented at the premises.
