MMG’s sister company, PMG, has been awarded two exciting new contracts in Lebanon to handle the property management for two luxury developments in the capital, Beirut Heights and Badaro Gardens.
Located in the “Carré D’or” of Beirut, one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Ashrafieh, Beirut Heights has been built using state of the art technology. Not only does it boast a fabulous panoramic view of Beirut, it is one of the most luxurious and prestigious residential buildings having access to the finest shops, restaurants and bars. PMG’s contract is for three years.
Badaro Gardens is situated within close proximity to premier landmarks, including the National Museum, Beirut Hippodrome and French Cultural Centre. It comprises three buildings situated around a private garden; two street-facing buildings and a third high-rise tower positioned further inside the garden. Badaro Gardens has been constructed in a way that respects the environment and saves energy, conforming to international environmental standards such as the European HQE and the American LEED. PMG’s contract will run for two years.
For both projects, PMG will be responsible for managing the common areas to ensure the very high level of service that the residents expect. PMG will coordinate subcontractors and negotiate the best deals for the owners, in addition to regular visits by a quality supervisor to check on the common areas, eg roof, landings, stairs and lobbies, parking levels, technical rooms, electrical rooms, inside elevators etc. PMG will also manage the general assembly for the co-owners, including drafting and distributing the minutes, notifying the adopted resolutions to absentees and follow-up and execution of the adopted resolutions. Finally, PMG will handle all of the accounting processes for both properties.
