PMG Real Estate Promotion has successfully managed to secure almost a quarter of sales of the ‘Prince 627’project in Lebanon since its launch at the end of 2014, with most small offices already being snapped up.
‘Prince 627’ consists of varying sized office spaces, in addition to retail shops on the ground level. The Project is equipped with the highest security and safety measures and includes: a help desk; three elevators supplied by Mitsulift; and parking spaces for each retail and office space. The project is located a few metres away from the highway with a couple of access points, and is located on the internal Dbayeh road next to a shopping Mall. Dbayeh is an up and coming commercial hub which is expected to introduce over 500 new residential units and over 200 new commercial spaces by 2017, creating some 1,000 jobs. The excavation phase is already completed and the concrete phase will start shortly.
