The end of the summer saw an important contract award for PMG Real Estate Promotion, for the Balvert Project in Lebanon. In addition, MMG has been hosting customer service training in collaboration with clients.
PMG Real Estate Promotion has been appointed as the property and facility management consultant for Balvert Project in Keserwan, Lebanon. Balvert Residences is a gated community extending over 7,000 square meters of land, consisting of 68 moderately sized residences in nine unique buildings which have been inspired by the authentic Lebanese architecture. The development includes a Health Club (gymnasium, sauna and Turkish bath), a common infinity pool, a nursery, a mini-market and a café, in addition to public gardens.
MMG has been working with clients to improve customer service even further – running a training programme and workshops. Taking place at the Byblos Tower amphitheater, the entire operations team were given a refresher on MMG core values, and heard from a client representative about the client perspective of the facilities managed and maintained by MMG. MMG regards this type of training essential in maintaining its leading position in the FM market in the Middle East.
