PMG’s business continues to grow this year, with the award of two new contracts in Lebanon.
First is the contract for the property management of Bliss 697, a residential project consisting of 13 units, including two duplexes, located in the affluent district of Ras Beirut. PMG’s role will cover the administration of the property, legal issues and procurement, in addition to the regular property management.
In addition, PMG, along with MMG Lebanon, has recently won the contract for the Mira Building, located in the most authentic and prestigious area of Beirut Central District. The Mira Building is a boutique property, consisting of 5 high end large apartments. PMG will be responsible for the administration, legal issues and procurement, as well as overall management of the soft services (cleaning, security and pest control). MMG will be responsible for the management of the technical subcontractors in the building.
