PMG and MMG have been awarded the contract for the property and facility management for Factory 4376 in Beirut, and MMG Syria has been awarded the contract for the facility management for the International Bank for Trade and Finance in Syria (IBTF).
Factory 4376 is situated in Achrafieh, in the New Soho Beirut District, and is part of a series of high-end real estate projects surrounded by public gardens and green spaces. PMG has been awarded the property and facility management of Factory 4376, covering four residential blocks which consist of 46 apartments. PMG’s role includes administration, legal, accounting and procurement, in addition to various soft services (security, cleaning, pest control etc). In addition, all of the maintenance work was awarded to MMG Lebanon.
MMG Syria already has a strong portfolio working with the banking sector in Syria. The latest contract is with IBTF, one of the leading Jordanian Banks operating in the country. MMG will provide facility management services for the bank’s main Head Offices in Damascus, in addition to over 22 branches and regional offices across Syria.
