PMG had been awarded three new contracts for prestigious property developments K Tower, City Gate and Olive Residence, in Beirut.
K Tower is an ultramodern office building consisting of 13 units, located in Jedeideh, a business hub in Beirut. In addition to carrying out the property and facility management, PMG will also manage the facilities of the management office of the subcontractors for cleaning and security.
City Gate is an elegant residential project located in the Ashrafieh – Sioufi neighbourhood, close to
several medical and educational bodies, in addition to Beirut National Museum. The project is made-up of two adjacent buildings with a total of 60 apartments. PMG is contracted to carry out the property and facility management.
Finally, PMG and sister company MMG have been awarded the property management and soft services (cleaning, security and pest control) of Olive Residences, a high end residential tower consisting of 30 floors, located in the prime location of Ein el Tineh. MMG will be carrying out the MEP maintenance.
