PMG and MMG Lebanon have been awarded the Property and Facility Management contract for Titanium Towers (T2 & T3) in Lebanon.
Consisting of 48 high end apartments, Titanium Towers is situated in Beirut’s fashionable quarter of Ain el-Tineh. It is a high-end, luxurious, residential development, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. PMG will be responsible for managing the private as well as the common areas, in addition to all soft services related to personnel, security cleaning and pest control etc.
In addition to the property and soft services, all maintenance work was awarded to MMG Lebanon, who will maintain the common areas, as well as managing all the MEP subcontractors.
