PMG has been awarded two new contracts in Lebanon, with MMG Lebanon partnering on one.
First is for the property management of URB1, a mixed use project consisting of two blocks, one residential and one office building, surrounding a central piazza where there are several retail outlets, restaurants and a garden. URB1 is located in the Mar Takla area, which is seven minutes away from the Beirut. PMG’s contract covers a part time manager, as well as accounting, procurement, legal and administration services, in addition to the soft services, security, cleaning, pest control etc. Sister company MMG was awarded the contract for the maintenance and the MEP subcontractors’ management.
PMG has also been awarded the contract for the property management of French Avenue, a built to last concept office building located in the heart of Beirut Central District, near Beirut Souks. The building has six floors and six basement levels, along with retail space which is already fully equipped for a restaurant. French Avenue was built with the best European materials and features a zinc and Saint Gobain glass envelope overlooking the big public garden of pine trees. PMG will be responsible for a part time manager, as well as the accounting, procurement, legal and administration services, in addition to the soft services, security, cleaning, pest control etc.
