PMG and MMG Lebanon have recently been awarded contracts for the Property Management and Maintenance of Verdun Gardens, Lebanon.
Verdun is one of the most highly sought after residential neighbourhoods in Beirut. Verdun Gardens offers 44 apartments in a 22-floor multi-function residential complex, and meets the demand for prestigious accommodation in an area rich with up-market fashion shops, restaurants, cafes and banks.
The main tower of Verdun Gardens is an imposing addition to the architectural landscape of the capital. It is elegantly curved, offering tenants a range of city views to enjoy, in addition to a rooftop swimming pool and other facilities. The complex also includes a separate tower of high standard furnished apartments.
PMG’s the contract covers a part time manager, as well as the accounting, procurement, legal and administration services, in addition to the personnel management of the soft services (security, cleaning, pest control etc). MMG Lebanon has been awarded the technical maintenance contract, and will provide a resident technician in addition to the management of technical subcontractors.
